TMC is a Payment Service Provider (PSD2) licensed by the Dutch Central Bank (De Nederlansche Bank) and complies with the Wft and Wwft regulations for risk management. As a recognised payment service provider, we offer secure and transparent payment solutions for both payers and recipients, ensuring legally regulated and trustworthy transactions.

To ensure that your financial flows are completely separated from our own corporate funds, we make use of the Stichting Beheer Mobiliteitsgelden. Through this foundation, Payflux periodically distributes collected and aggregated funds to its clients.

A supervisory board oversees our management and operations. Our remuneration policy is responsible and avoids inappropriate incentives. We are also a member of VBIN, the industry association for payment and electronic money institutions.

Know Your Customer
Payflux protects the financial system against money laundering and terrorist financing in accordance with European directives and the Wwft. As a regulated payment institution, we act as a gatekeeper and conduct customer due diligence to mitigate risks such as fraud, money laundering and capital flight. The principle of “Know Your Customer” is central to this process.
Data protection
Payflux complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and only uses personal data necessary to process payments. Data is never stored longer than necessary and never used for other purposes.
